We are now able to provide our beer in larger formats for beer festival and parties.
Please be advised that we require advance notice, ideally at least two weeks, and sales are subject to availability.
Bright beer has been decanted into a fresh vessel, such that there is only a minimal amount of live yeast.
The entire contents of the cask can be consumed. This format is suitable for events and parties, since the cask does not need to settle and can be moved during service.
The cask can be tapped and vented immediately, and is best consumed within 48 hours. The cask should ideally be kept cool (ideally around 13°C) but will be cool upon collection and should remain cool for 12 to 24 hours depending on ambient conditions.
We will provide everything you need except a rubber mallet: 2 chocks, a vent peg, a spile, a tap and downturn.

Rough beer is “on lees”, that is, there is live yeast in the bottom of the cask.
This is the format that is typically sold to pubs and beer festivals.
Rough beer should be left to settle and should not be disturbed while serving. Rough beer should be vented 48 hours in advance, then tapped 24 hours in advance of serving.
Rough beer should be kept cool (ideally 13°C). Rough beer is usually good for at least 72 hours if kept cool. Although the cask is filled, around 7% will be ullage at the bottom (yeast-laden cloudy beer).
